I've got an update! It seems this question was too hard to answer so the promotional pricing has been extended to 31.03.2022. Great news, but my original question still remains unanswered!

Pricing for monthly user access rights effective on January 1, 2022, will be:
• $5.50 per user per month (Apps)
• $10 per user per month (Apps + Desktops)
