Connection to the remote PC was lost
I have a user here that has a frequent issue where they are receiving the following error whilst connected to the AVD
"Connection to the remote PC was lost"
When we check internally everything looks good with the device, but when the external user attempts to connect, they get connected but then get the error above frequently.
Any ideas on what to look for or to suggest to the external user?
- @CookiW check if the windows desktop client installed on his machine is up-to-date. Sometimes if the client is not updated can cause the disconnection. you can check the latest release by navigating to the below link
