Hi Jordan,
Windows Virtual Desktop is no different than hosting a Windows server VM on Azure, therefor the process of encrypting should be exactly the same. The only difference is that on WVD you can have multiple users sign in and work on one shared Windows 10 machine next to that the RD Gateway/web, RD brokers, broker SQL etc are managed as a service by Microsoft.
