I'm facing an error when trying to connect users to a workplace machine in a host poll. It used to work before, but now it is displaying this error: Error code: 0x83886167 Extended error code: 0...
- Navigate to the Storage Account:
- Go to your Azure portal and select the storage account that contains the file share(s).
- Access Control Settings:
- In the storage account, find the “File shares” section.
- Assign Permissions:
- Under “Profiles,” select “Access Control.”
- Click “Add Role” and choose “Storage file data SMB share Elevated Contributor.”
- Specify Users or Groups:
- Assign this role to the affected users or groups.
