Can't access the application on the Public IP of VM

Hi,

There is a Application running on the 127.0.0.1 and able to connect with the application in the VM but when trying to connect with the same application on public IP of the VM, it gives  "Error=Cannot discover the applications from opc.tcp://<Public IP>:49320".

Added InBound Rules on port 49320 in Networking Tab and also in the Windows Machine "Windows Advanced Firewall Security" but still not able to connect

    psp316r ,

    After lot of debugging Did the following things
    1. Turned of the Firewall of Windows VM

    2. Made sure Application is running on the 0.0.0.0 and 127.0.0.1
