Azure Windows Virtual Desktop License

Hey Everyone,

I have a client who set up an azure windows virtual desktop infrastructure with Azure active directory domain services. He currently has Windows 10 E5 Device license with his Enterprise Agreement. How does this work?

Does he need to set up the windows 10 pc with this activation key?

Does he need to some way active them in his portal?

I have worked before with Windows 10 E5 User license but never device license
