Azure Virtual Desktop with Multiple domains

Can I configure AVD for a single host pool for multiple domains?

Ex: The primary domain is https://abc.com/ I need log users from the https://xyz.com/ and https://dds.com/ domains for a single workspace and host pool.

Add Session Hosts to the Host Pool:

      • You can create session hosts and register them to the host pool in a single end-to-end process using the Azure Virtual Desktop service in the Azure portal or an ARM template.

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-desktop/add-session-hosts-host-pool. Once you’ve set up your host pool and added session hosts, users from different domains (e.g., xyz.com and dds.com) can connect to the same workspace and host pool. 😊

  • I would also say yes. Are they both under the same forest or any trust ? Are they both synced to Entra ID ?
