Any effective troubleshooting possible, using w365 enterprise cloud PCs and it usually involves users with unknown home connections... but need definitive steps to diagnose/resolve. Disabling UDP seems like a bad workaround.
Clickclickclick 1) Try to update the Remote Desktop client to Latest version on Local End Points.
2) If you have Netskope installed, Try to disable it or uninstall it.
3) Also make sure you using the shortpath option.
This should work.
