Any effective troubleshooting possible, using w365 enterprise cloud PCs and it usually involves users with unknown home connections... but need definitive steps to diagnose/resolve. Disabling UDP seems like a bad workaround.

Clickclickclick 1) Try to update the Remote Desktop client to Latest version on Local End Points.
2) If you have Netskope installed, Try to disable it or uninstall it.3) Also make sure you using the shortpath option.
This should work.

Netskope turned out to be an issue for us. When the first user logged in to an AVD VM, and Netskope would connect, their session would get disconnected, and often enough would even sign out. We made some changes to our Netskope configuration as outlined in the following link, which allowed us to keep Netskope running but resolved this issue.
