Azure Virtual Desktop - Black Screens on logins - What we've tried so far

What is the resolution for these issues where Outlook and Teams does not authenticate, this is even after applying the KIR, there must be some kind of solution to this:
I am getting the point where i'm not sure I can carry on like this. It's being going on far too long.
I dont know the answer to that one. In the mail lab we use our VMs, Teams is there, but doesnt autostart and isnt mandatory. Same with Outlook. I dont think anyone uses Outlook as these are students accessing various software packages for class.

censors, sorry moderators, probably to be cancelled for not being very glowing about Microsoft's handling of this (not that there was anything that should have been remotely objectionable content wise), maybe Microsoft don't like critical analysis of what event log message say! 😂
