Azure AVD - Sign in failed. Please check your username and password and try again (AVD)

We are unable to login to AVD - Personal desktop via Global Administrator account, but if we create and assign the same desktop to a new user it works fine.

Sign-In logs filteret for Resource Azure Windows VM for  Global Administrator reports Interrupted.

Additional Details
User needs to perform multi-factor authentication. There could be multiple things requiring multi-factor, e.g. Conditional Access policies, per-user enforcement, requested by client, among others.

      Kidd_Ip  - Got some info from Sign-In logs and was able to resolve the issue, had to disable per user MFA which was setup to Enforced.
