AVD with HP ThinPro (linux) no webcam in MS Teams

marc_kuhn wow, that's great. You have a better connection to HP-support. Where can i get the AVD app to test? At the HP Update Center there is no new app for AVD.

- Nope, Igel doesn't do any hardware anymore. We are still using HP Thinclients t630, t640 and t655.
Also you don't need to install an UMS server if you just want to test with one Thinclient. You can install the IgelOS and have 30 days to test everything. You just need to configure it on the device itself. But for your first test it's probably enough.
Btw, why didn't you took the IgelOS 12? - ... did you change hardware from HP to ... ?

we are using the latest version which is i think v12.05.110.
We have a nice contact from Igel which i can probably send you if you are interested.

in the meantime I had tested a Lenovo ThinClient with the Igel UMS software 11.10.100. We had the same errors as with ThinPro. Which version are you using? - Hey Thomas
we definitly switch from HP to Igel, as it seems that the pace for the AVD Client is too fast for HP. We can't afford such issues. With Igel everything is working just we expect. Even redirect a new camera which is plugged in when the session is already started is working like a charm 👍. So for us it's worth to spend the money there and save the troubleshooting afterwards Hello, thanks, we tested your "developer"-software. It has really improved. However, we still have problems with sessions that have more than one participant. The session then hangs or breaks off completely. NewTeams version 24137 is now installed in the master and the latest fslogix is also used.
