AVD RemoteApp not showing in web client taskbar

Hi, We have setup a new AVD RemoteApp environment for one of our customers (about 50 users). They will primarily use the AVD webclient (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-desktop/us...

Since this could be influenced by several factors ranging from the application's behavior to the Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) setup, I think it's more likely to be a bug. i've encountered this bug in our Office Apps and Windows sometimes

So, any workaround suggestions?

We are unable to get this fixed, even tried creating a whole new AVD deployment...
