Seems related damaged user profile, how about login to other host, the same problem?
- harshvirCopper ContributorWe have the same issue and the issue with his profile which was stuck to another Azure VM. After disconnecting with the stuck VM, the issue was resolved. We noticed this when we checked FSLogix logs in C:\ProgramData\FSLogix\Logs. Please check here, and you will get where the profile is connected.
