AVD phantom images for Mac users

I work for an MSP. One of our clients is an architecture firm. All users have access to  NV18ads_A10_v5 AVDs. These include Nvidia drivers. Users connecting to the AVDs from Macs are seeing phantom images and discoloration that is making it very difficult for them to work effectively. Is there a solution to this problem?

    Our users are getting similar graphical artifacts on NV12ads A10 v5 and NV16as v4 machines using ArcGIS Pro and Adobe Illustrator. Only via app streaming (windows client). If they use a full remote desktop or the web client the graphical artifacts are absent.
