AVD License - LicensingNegotiationFailed (2056)
I got one user that has received the below twice now, others haven't reported any of these issues, just 12 active users. What could be the issue? Any help is appreciated.
Checking insights and looking at errors, I see the below.

DvFals I assume you are using a Windows10/11 multiuser SKU? I have seen the same a few times in the last couple weeks. We haven't gotten any complaints, and it's transient but we see them in the Insights. I too would love to understand why this is happening and how to resolve it before it becomes a larger issue. And since Multiuser SKUs don't require CALs and therefore no classic TS licensing server, there is little to check or do on our side... This has to be a bug somewhere.
- DvFalsCopper ContributorYep! Windows 10 Enterprise multi-session. It's quite weird and does not occur with everyone, and after multiple retry, I asked the user to reboot their device and it worked. Really do not know how restarting a device will resolve the issue.

DvFals We opened a support case with Microsoft and they had us backup "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSLicensing" delete the key restart and readd the key. From further testing just deleting the key with out rebooting also appears to work.
