AVD Hostpool RDP Properties Fullscreen / Window

This post is quite old, but we're experiencing the same issues.
Settings made in the Azure portal for the RDP Settings / Display settings aren't respected by the RDP App (Store App and MSIX), nor by the Windows App.
The sessions are always starting in full screen.
Are there any hints how to make this working?
