AVD Error "We couldn't connect to the gateway because of an error.

I have set all settings for AVD, and made sure network settings are okay. When i try to use web client I get the below error:

"We couldn't connect to the gateway because of an error. If this keeps happening, ask your admin or tech support for help."

Any ideas?
