AVD desktop items have blurry text

I am assuming you are using the latest version of the Remote Desktop Client? See if you can change the scaling on your laptop increase/decrease the values to see if it's making any difference. If you have personal devices try over there.. It can be something graphics/display driver related to the group of devices. In general, there is no issues observed as such.
