AVD Configuring with O365

I am in the process of setting up Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) infrastructure for our 10 users located across South India. While most configurations are in place, I am currently encountering a few issues that need your attention:

  1. Access Issue on Laptops:
    I am able to successfully access AVD from mobile devices. However, when attempting to log in from a laptop, I am facing an issue. I’ve attached a screenshot for your reference.


     

  2. Team Error on Windows 11 with O365 Image:
    I have deployed the Windows 11 image with Microsoft 365 Apps. Unfortunately, when trying to access Microsoft Teams, I receive an error. Further assistance on this would be appreciated.

     

  3. User ID Customization:
    I’d like to create user IDs that are simple and easy for our users to remember. Could you guide me on where and how to configure or rename the user IDs? My test user id is email address removed for privacy reasons

    akheelahmed1990​ 1) For AVD access, Try it via web client on a browser https://client.wvd.microsoft.com/arm/webclient/. If its working here, it means there are issues with the windows app.
    2) You can also check via Poral.azure.com Go to Entra ID and search with the email ID where you having issues. The go to signin Logs, If there are any issues, you can see Error there.
    3) Teams issue on Phone 100% with some conditional Policies. Please check with your teams admin / Security Admin.

  • Any luck from the conditional access policy, please check on Windows credential manager as well, in the meantime, some people report a similar issue in Windows 11 24H2 too. In AVD, please check FSLogix profile settings and WebRTC optimizations.
