We currently also have an open case with Microsoft on this, but we haven't gotten any further in the last months.
We also operate out of the West Europe region, sadly there is nothing we can pinpoint as the issue since it happens so randomly and doesn't generate many error messages where we can dig deeper.
The Heartbeat reg key was also another attempt to see if it fixes anything, sadly it didn't.

Interesting that you see the same En1gma13. The majority of our users use Windows Remote Desktop client. Are your users located in the same country as the Azure region? Ireland or Holland? The symptoms we see with our users is that hundreds of users are disconnected within the same minute.
KimNewgarden yes, our impression is that MS has done significant improvement in their core network during the first quarter of 2023. We still see some disconnects now and then, but we haven't seen a big one for a large number of user at the same time since early January.
