MicrosoftJeff_Riechers : In a pooled model, the plan would be for the admin to install/provision required apps on an image, then provision a host pool based off that image.
We do have a "personal desktop" model, where you can create a host pool in which each VM has 1:1 mapping with a user. To do this, you have to specify it as a personal desktop at the time of creation of the host pool; it cannot be switched from pooled to personal later.
