ADUC and account lockout tool is not working AVD
We have installed ADUC and Account lockout tool in Azure. However, our helpdesk team is not able to reset password and use Account lockout tool properly. They are getting access is denied over lockout status tool

Do these users have the proper permission to actually perform the required actions within your active directory?
