"Activate Windows" Watermark has Appeared on Windows 10 Enterprise for Virtual Desktops SessionHost

Update @ 12/01/22

I confirm that after the 2022-11 update to the OS (November 15, 2022—KB5020030) the problem is gone.

    We moved from 21H2 to 22H2 on our AVD servers, this resolved the issue.
