Update the Index after deleting files in the Blob

Hi,

Has anyone needed to delete documents from the Blob before?

Using portal to deploy the resources, when documents are deleted from the Blob, are there ways to automatically update the index to exclude the deleted documents?

The rescheduling that I currently come across seems to only work when new documents are added.
