Diagnostics Settings for Timeout doesn't record any SQL Hash?

Hello,

Recently i am facing bit weird issue. I have setup Diagnostics Settings for one of my Azure SQL Database. For Deadlocks, Timeout etc logs. However, when i check timeout logs, there are no SQL Hash on which Timeout had occurred. THere are several timeouts. but not sure how to get the details what causing Timeouts. DTU usages wise, it very normal only 20-25%. So no such DTU issues at all.

Anyway to get diagnostic settings capture full details of timeouts on Azure?
