Whitelist domains in DLP
Hi,
hi,
We have a customer with 8-9 different companies under a single tenant so essentially there are 8-9 different domain names. When we create the DLP policy to "block message outside the organization" those companies get blocked as well.
How can we whitelist those domains or exclude them in the policy where we have to select "block message outside the organization" ??

We were told to create a policy which recognises these external domains and then to create a policy purely for email sent to these domains, where the policy actions are to do nothing (i.e. to allow traffic).
Currently, we are testing this.
