Voice call monitoring for sensitive content?

I understand that we can have the tool monitor text and image based communication.

 

However, while I've seen some "sales" decks saying monitoring voice calls and communications are possible, I'm not seeing anywhere this actually exists in the documentation.

 

Is it possible to monitor voice calls on Teams or are those unable to be monitored with Purview's rules and labels?

    Currently, Purview doesn't directly monitor voice calls in Teams for sensitive content. It can monitor text and images, but voice call monitoring isn't part of the built-in capabilities. You might need to look into additional solutions or integrations, like call recording and transcription tools, to monitor voice content in Teams.
