User Notification is not working in Microsoft Purview DLP when policy violation trigger..

Hi 

I'm seeking some expert advice here.

We have multiple Endpoint & Exchange DLP policy.

User Notification is working fine with all Exchange policy but it's not working completely for endpoint policy. Its confusing issue. This is my setting snapshot below
