thank you for posting your question here. I understand you’re having an issue with the user notifications working when a user violates a DLP policy.
I’d be happy to try and help you troubleshoot this issue.
- How recently did you create the policy that should have been triggered when matched?
- do you see the alerts for the policy violation appearing within the Purview admin portal? Can you see DLP rule matched activity under Activity Explorer?
