Unable to Edit Existing DLP Policy

I am trying to edit a DLP policy that I edited on a regular basis in the old portal, the last time was in November 2024. 

After making my changes, when I attempt to submit, I get the following message:
The "DlpComplianceManagementRule" type entity does not have the following type command: Update. Parameter name: entityMetadata.

If I try to create a new policy, which I was previously able to do, I get a similar messgae but instead of Update, it says Create. 

This is preventing users from performign job functions.
