Purview EXPORTS unreliable and missing "Top-of-information-store" folder
Has anyone noticed an issue where the exported PST files are either empty or missing folders? I don't normally check every PST file that I export, but after hearing from customers that there are eit...
I was able to do a workaround for this problem so the emails in exported PSTs are actually visible in Outlook.
I had to redo the search (or can make changes in the review set) to exclude calendar items or only include email items.
Query would include this >> (ItemClass=IPM.Note)
Not sure Microsoft is aware of the problem or working on a fix, but this workaround should work until then to view the emails
