Purview DLP policy for copilot 365 location - not able to add rule condition
Hi.
After choosing Copilot 365 location when creating new DLP policy, I am not able to choose anything when clicking Add under rule condition. Nothing happens when clicking Add. Am I doing anything wrong?

I ran into this too. If you do not have a label policy published and active, you will not see the "sensitivity label" option
Depending on the selection, your actions would be limited, However, Try to select, Sensitive info types, since you need to select a particular sensitive info type, Share us screen shot again with Screenshot.
The only condition currently supported by Copilot DLP policies is Sensitivity labels, do you have any such labels created/published in your tenant? If you do not, this might explain the behavior.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, we have created and published labels, and they are also set for a team. If I choose a different location when creating a DLP policy, such as "SharePoint sites" instead of "Microsoft 365 Copilot," I have no problem adding a label as a rule condition.
That's the only bright idea I came up with, so unless someone else can chime in, best open a support case and report this. FWIW, I don't have the same problem in my tenant.
