Then I would first check whether the Fabric capacity is turned on during the data quality scans. Something similar happened to me once because someone on my team had set up an automatic shutdown of the capacity without knowing that I run nightly data quality scans.
Is the Fabric capacity running while running the data scans? I once had the same problem. Turned out: Someone initialized an auto-shutoff for the fabric capacity, because he wasn't aware of the data quality scans I ran by night.
