Hi,
I createt a case in the "new" Cases (exporting pst files from mailboxes). Export done too. Downloading them creates unopenable zip files containing pst files. It would not show an export key and is not initiating that "eDiscovery export tool" that only works in Edge.
When checking this case under "Standard Cases" I am able to launch eDiscovery tool and download proper pst files. Thats good. But then I see this on top of the screen:
This page ceases to exist in August 2025....etc.
So, the question is how to download usable pst-s from the new eDiscovery section in August? Or rather how to do it today?

Hi mrandras , the new modern ux download does not require the use of eDiscovery export tool as detailed here in the doc: Export search results in eDiscovery | Microsoft Learn

Also keep in mind, while new vs classic flows are synced as to how search is constructed, the output of the export is not synced. This means, the export created in the new flow is not downloadable in the classic ux using the download tool. You will need to use the new ux to download in the browser. The pipeline in the new ux is much more robust and efficient. If you have any other feedback please let us know, thanks.
The new eDiscovery experience leaves a lot to be desired, let's leave it at that... Best thing to do here is use the Feedback button in the portal and leave your thoughts on the experience.
