Hi, I createt a case in the "new" Cases (exporting pst files from mailboxes). Export done too. Downloading them creates unopenable zip files containing pst files. It would not show an export key and...
The new eDiscovery experience leaves a lot to be desired, let's leave it at that... Best thing to do here is use the Feedback button in the portal and leave your thoughts on the experience.
