Oversharing DLP Policy

We have a Microsoft Purview DLP policy that blocks emails sent outside the organization when the content is labeled Internal, Restricted, or Confidential. In the Outlook desktop client, we can present a JSON-based custom oversharing dialog. However, Outlook on the web shows a generic block message, and policy tips are not an option because management wants the pop-up itself to be customized. Is there any supported way to customize the Outlook on the web DLP oversharing dialog text, such as a setting, API, or workaround, so it matches the custom wording used on the desktop client.
