MDE endpoint to Purview onboarding
One thing to note is that Onboarding does not modify endpoint behaviour by default. If no Purview DLP policies are published, endpoints will not experience restrictions, pop‑ups, or blocking (even if they appear in Purview automatically.)
If you enable the integration and later want to stop it, the best option for you is disable the tenant‑level onboarding toggle in Purview settings.
And if you need to remove specific devices, the Purview Offboarding page lets you generate an offboarding package to remove those machines from Purview’s compliance scope.
Thank for answering. i was just going thrugh the microsoft articles and it does not specify that we can toggle off the onboarding device in purview setting so just to verify that can we disable it once enabled. if you could share some screenshot if you have. that will be helpful. Thanks
