To my knowledge, there is no true data obfuscation tool within Purview. There is no way to achieve this with sensitivity labels. Their encryption applies to the entire file and there is no way to specify only specific content within the file.
So that I better understand the approach, what is the concern with using labels to encrypt the entire file?
