Issues with Oracle Database Classification in Microsoft Purview

Hey GammaRamma  I see you are still facing similar issue. Looks like an issue with Microsoft Purview not identifying classifications when scanning an Oracle on-prem database, despite the user having all the necessary roles and permissions.

 

So first of all please check permissions The user should have the SELECT_CATALOG_ROLE and the ability to create a session.

 

Review the logs for any additional error messages that might provide more context on the issue and please update,
