Is Purview Audit Search included with Microsoft 365 Business Premium?

I am in organization that has mostly Microsoft 365 Business Premium and E1 licenses.

My Admin account is not allocated any subscription and only used for elevated access. My daily account has the Business Premium subscription. I can currently access Purview via my Admin account but recent notice indicates I may need E5 to access Purview when they shut down the Classic Audit Search Portal.
The MS Docs link to a PDF that only shows Enterprise Plans.

Does anyone have documentation that indicates if Tenant / Global Admin will need E5 subscription or if the New Purview Audit Search will be included with the Microsoft 365 Business Premium?

and the most troubling is this outright Answer . Although not sure to take this as truth since it is from April 2023 and the changes to Purview were just recently announced.
