How to discover classify unstructured data and apply sensitive Levels on it .

Hi Mates,

I do have a requirement which states that , How can we classify and apply sensitive levels for unstructured data in Microsoft 365.

The unstructured data may be in txt , word, excel, pdf, and jpg ..etc format. and the data source is SharePoint & Ms teams & OneDrive.

Kindly suggest if anyone have practically done this .
