Exclude users from Retention policy - Teams chats and copilot interactions

I have a existing policy for Teams chats , removing for every 6.months and allowing all users from the organisation. Now I would like to exclude multiple users.

1. How I can exclude multiple users via powershell

2. Can I exclude by specifying m365 group. Thinking that to add all the users in the group.
