Error viewing disposition reviews as a records management administrator

I would double-check the Record Management Settings to ensure that a mail-enabled security group and your account have been added to that group. Only members of this group can see all dispositions (Not if you are just the group owner; you do not get access). Otherwise, by default, each person who accesses the Disposition page sees only items that they're assigned to review. In addition, if you want to view the content, you also need to be assigned the Content Explorer Content Viewer role. See Disposition of content | Microsoft Learn
