Error 3804 scanning Salesforce

Has anyone successfully scanned Salesforce with Purview?

We are getting the error "Error: (3804) Unable to access the data source with the given credentials and/or configurations."

All the prerequisite configurations have been done; I'm curious to know if anyone has successfully scanned Salesforce or if additional setup is required to address the error above.
