Encrypted files' sensitivity label doesn't show up within sharepoint when uploaded

Hi Everyone,

 

I have created 5 sensitivity labels wihtin Microsoft Purview portal. Two of them are non encrypted and three of them are.

 

When I upload non-encrypted files, the sensitivity label column will show the sencitivity label name.

But when I upload encrypted files, the column stays empty even after few hours.

 

Is it a normal behavior? Which settings am I missing to display automatically the sensitivity label?

    Hi Jonathan,

    The recommendation was to log a ticket with Microsoft through your M365 admin center so engineering can have a look at it - I suggest you do the same.
