Email Address notification Purview

Is it possible to configure the email address that send the notifications for approvals etc. in Purview? At the moment it is a generic Microsoft address and we are concerned it may get overlooked.

Hi. Yes that is possible. All E-mail notifications aren normally triggered from within Workflows (e.g. Approver Workflow) so in the workflow you can change the E-mail address of who should be notified
