Dynamic Markings for the User Currently Accessing the Document

Hi all,

I was interested in creating a label that has a watermark with the user currently accessing the document and the current time. This will help the org know who leaked the information if it was to spread outside the org (similar functionality as Seclore). https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/purview/sensitivity-labels-office-apps#dynamic-markings-with-variables

Any way to accomplish this in Purview?
