Double downgrade of Sensitivity Labels - Justification prompt
I have downgraded the sensitivity label of a document once ,accordingly I received the justification prompt, as per configuration in the Sensitivity label policy. However, in the same session and on the same document I have raised the sensitivity and downgraded the label once again ,but i do not receive the Justification prompt.
Customer is requesting an explanation for this , whether its a known issue or is there a solution . I have checked on the internet but unable to find a proper answer for this

Hi Awinaash Bollampally This is a basic guidance for your issue.
- When you downgraded, it will log the justification on activity explorer.
- Check and confirm other events are tracked relating to Classification Label changes.
Usually once the justification is given, for same specific user, purview records that and let the user to change the doc. But If you reverted that back, you will not be asked for justification. It is by design based on what I experienced previously. Usually, sensitivity label change will logged on Activity explorer, just check the field in activity explorer, filtering to specific user, file name, and changes. Reproduce the issue and get back with the results here.
