Data Product Access Requests Fail With CDE

No need to create a ticket. Happy to hear it is resolved, I followed up with the team and there was a bug that was fixed recently that was likely the same issue, hard to say as we did not go deep into what you were seeing.
Please raise a support ticket and we can look into this issue and see what may be happening.
Hi Nick. The issue was gone when we tried again the next day. Should we still raise a ticket? We're good now but I'm happy to help out if it supports you tracking down something you're seeing elsewhere.

There was a hotfix applied for an access issue just yesterday. We will work with the support team to evaluate if this was the issue and has been resolved or if this is something engineering needs to investigate further.
